How do I pay?

By debit or credit card, or Apple Pay, at checkout. We don't accept cash. Your payment is held by Thani and only released to the seller after you confirm the item arrived as described.

How do offers work?

Tap "Make an offer" on any listing. We pass your offer to the seller and come back to you with their answer, usually the same day. You never share your number with the seller.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Yes, to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. GCC orders usually take 3–5 working days. Delivery costs and any customs duties are shown before you pay.

What does a featured listing do?

It shows your item at the top of the feed with a Featured badge for 7 days. Top spot keeps it first in its category. Standard listings are free; you only pay our commission when it sells.

What is Thani Certified?

A coming-soon service: send us your item and our team inspects, cleans and refurbishes it, then it ships in a Thani box with a numbered certificate of condition. Join the waitlist to be first.

How does the photo helper work?

It looks at your photos and description and suggests a title, category, level, condition and price range. You can change anything before sending, and our team checks every listing.

Who can order a student pack?

Student packs are only for university students. We check a valid student ID when we deliver.

Is the bedding used?

Never. Bedding, pillows, towels and mattress protectors are always brand new and sealed.

Is there anything you won't sell?

Anything illegal, counterfeit, recalled or unsafe, plus medicines, weapons and opened cosmetics. If you're unsure, just ask us.
